Yes, we are able to cater your build from one of our plans or we bespoke design one for you.
Our expected build time on average is 125 days from slab (foundation down). Building will commence soon as building consent is out.
Our standard pricing is based on our settlement terms which consist of, generally, 4 stage payment (deposits first instalment, second instalment, third instalment and fourth instalment)
Turn key package is available at additional cost.
Turn key package is case dependent on the agreed price. To give simple guide line is that the turn key package will incurred on costs for us to finance the build, and in general, it will be much more economical for you to talk with your bank
Some of our packages offer hard landscape, which includes combination of driveway and patio of up to 45 sqm of exposed aggregate. Soft landscaping does not include in our package.
